Instrument Panel and Systems design:

We offer traditional or fully electronic instrument panel and systems design.

We are pilots, and therefore share a keen appreciation of the importance of ergonomics in the cockpit work environment We have designed, built, and installed fully integrated digital flight information and navigation systems. We have experience with the Blue Mountain EFIS 1 and EFIS Light flat panel systems. Custom designed layouts are first created on AutoCAD. This allows as many reviews of the layout as you need before any material is cut. The final layout is sent to our local laser shop which then produces a very accurate panel in the material of your choice.

We have also custom designed and built analogue and digital electronic circuits in order to interface traditional sensors to computer based engine monitoring systems.

Despite our easy familiarity with the latest cockpit electronics we are very conservative when designing the electrical services. We use aircraft grade components and prefer traditional methods of safeguarding the electrical system. Redundancy is designed in wherever possible. We can provide for alternate energy sources or even install dual electrical bus systems.
